With the seasons now changing so quickly, it was agreed last Thursday that the official course for training will now revert to "the winter route" - Roath Park. Naturally there will still be runners who wish to take head torches or run earlier to make use of the Taff Trail, but in the interests of group safety we will now be heading up towards Gabalfa. Probably also a timely reminder to make sure you're clearly visible.

I will be bringing a couple of spare head touches for any who want a peaceful group plod up the summer route. Nobody will be left behind.

Richard, myself and Dave Hodges will be joining you for one more summer run our head torches are at the ready. I'm sure Simon will join us if he sees this post in time. Or when I text him, see you Thursday 😜

I have purchased a headtorch from Amazon that will hopefully be here before Thursday so I may well join you. I would run the summer route as long as I possibly can as the winter route is my daily run anyway.
