I would be really up for a track session tommorow perhaps 800's again? I know Tom said he would go along yesterday but I just wanted to see who else might want to go. I'm not sure if anything has been planned.
I'm really enjoying my speedwork lately and I'm finding much more of a balance in my training. I have always been one extreme or another but like many things in life I think it is all about striking a balance.

I am going to try and make my first track session ever tonight. I won't be there until some time between 6.30 and 6.45 and I expect to be comfortably bringing up the rear.
How much is it to use the track and do I pay at the reception area as I go in?
I shall probably be cycling from Roath so I hope the weather is not too bad!

Hi Marcus. The track costs £3.80. Pay at reception. I won't be there tonight, but most people seem to arrive at about the same time that you're planning.

Cheeper than UWIC it's nearly £5 a session there now! The only problem with Lecwith it abit far out and it doesn't open until 12 mid - day but as it's covered by the strech card I'll think I'll give it go.

I'll be there too. When do you plan to start the session, 6.30 or 7? (or something else...)

Matt, are you going tomorrow night? Alan have you got your place through for the Sospan Ten yet? I can meet you down at the club to pick it up or possibly make other arrangements if needs be.

Maricus UWIC is the NAIC on top of Penylan Hill. Home of Cardiff Arches more expensive that Cardiff, £60 a term I believe. However, Welsh Master has some indoor races there in January which are worth considering. Now is good time to join the masters as memebership will be up for renewal next month and it's cheaper now, just log on to Welsh Masters for more info. You will be entitled to run in any master race and join in with the trach and field league in the summer. The more the merrier, we need to keep Norman the Gnown.
