Does anyone fancy track Tuesday start around 7pm. I'll warmup from around 6:30
i'd like to do something like 10 x 800meters.. but can be flexiable..e.g. last time I ran with Steve A and he did 800, I did around 900 reps with the same recovery which worked well..i will do my 800s in around 2:50 ish.. to 2:57..depending on how much my big belly has swelled over xmas
I much prefer doing as a group than on my own.. so within reason can look to accommodate anyone willing to put up with my company..:-)

As it's the first of the year, shall we do a 3000m race then we can see where we are and maybe do one every 6 weeks or so to see how we improve?
