Talking of inspirational company, we'd like to know who you are - because it might just encourage even more inspirational company. You know it makes sense!

Was great to get back up that hill for the first time in aaages! I'm sure that hill at mile 23 in Snowdonia will be a piece of pie in comparison!

Next thing is that we need to kindly ask Rob Sage to leave water by the Lewis Arms or leave some there in advance!
