Yet another opportunity to enjoy the delights of the Taff Trial and le Coq Noir, to say nothing of the inspirational company who will inevitably turn up to share this once in a weekend experience.
Talking of inspirational company, we'd like to know who you are - because it might just encourage even more inspirational company. You know it makes sense!

I'm hoping to be there. After last week's 13 miles I'm hoping to do a bit more this week so may also go up the hill!

Would love to be there but Brecon beckons instead. You will be fine,Carol and Jane - just go slower and keep going! Hope everyone else has a good one too. Hope you are off the nursery slopes now, Mick and back to the hardcore route!

Thanks everyone for the company. Was great to get back up that hill for the first time in aaages! I'm sure that hill at mile 23 in Snowdonia will be a piece of pie in comparison!

I agree, there is no way I would have made it up that hill (without walking) without team support, thank you!

Sounds like you had a great group effort this morning, which is exactly the point of that run, so really pleased for you all. Next thing is that we need to kindly ask Rob Sage to leave water by the Lewis Arms or leave some there in advance!

Such fun, and great that so many made the leap up the minor undulation for the first time.
