Matt's time for the run was 44:56
The run was a tricky and varied off-road course that took you from Monmouth LC to Redbrook and back.
A narrow course which was a mix of meadow, narrow footpaths, main road, bridges, farmyards......
An added hazard for taller runners was the the frequency of low branches as you ran through the wooded parts of the course.
The course was not to everyones liking but it was an opportunity to - get back out there.
