I'm planning on doing my 20 mile L SR on Saturday morning. I'll be running to Parkrun and doing that (so that'll be around 6 miles). I'll probably head down around the Bay for a change of scenary. If anyone would like to join, they are more than welcome. I'll be doing around 8.5 min/mile or so.
