Lots of short races on at the moment, but reminder of the usual 10m to 16m runs on Sunday to keep up the endurance. Everyone welcome of course!

I will be there for the 12m route at a steady pace. If anyone else has a similar intention, could you rely as I don't want to run alone or hold any quicker runners back.BigGrin

I'm planning to run there to get a few extra in and planning to plod due to sore legs from Tintern. The plan is to keep in groups so you will have company whatever happens. Daresay your legs are struggling after Tintern too perhaps!
