Everyone welcome to join in the various lengths and routes tomorrow. I am getting there at 9.00 possibly with a few others to do an extra warm up before returning to the Cafe for a reasonably prompt 9.30 start please. Look forward to seeing everyone at 9.30 or 9.00 for anyone wanting to start earlier or go the extra few miles!

I was going to do the long run tomorrow, but I have strained the side of my ankle which I think has probably ruled me out training on it for about 5 - 7 days. Hopefully, I will be able to join you next week.

I'm hoping to be there, but I've had a long day's hike today so I'll see how the legs are in the morning. Assuming I'm there, I'm aiming for the 12 mile route at about 8 min/mile pace.

Enjoyed the run today but just as a heads up the start goes via blackwier .....I'm only mentioning this because if like me you join the run enroute you won't miss it !
