Confirmation of the Sunday morning run as normal. Posting your intentions here would be appreciated to assist others looking for a similar pace. As last week I intend to make a prompt start at 9.00 for an easy few miles in advance if anyone wants to join me before the main 9.30 start. See you there, hopefully with some half decent weather!

Thanks, Dave. I'll be in for 9.30 - looking for a long slow easy run at conversation pace. May consider the 16 in reverse, as I don't think a long steepish climb is my best interests yet.

I'll be there for a 9:30 start and will be running 8:30-9:00 min/mile pace. Will probably do the 10-11 mile route up to Castell Coch and back and then build up mileage over the next few months.

Hi
I will be there for 9.30. Aim to do 14-15 miles at easy pace to start then might pick up pace a little on return if my legs are willing!

I won't be able to make it again tomorrow. I thought my ankle was better and I did an easy 6.5km run on the Treadmill today, I felt good during the run, but when I got back home and cooled down, I felt the pain come back although not as bad as when I first did it. A bit frustrating really as I want to join you for the long runs as this got me running very well last year. I will probably cross train on the bike at the gym for the next 7 - 10 days and then consider running on it then. Also I have entered the Magor Marsh 10K next weekend and I realise I will probably be pulling out of this now. As long as I contact the organisers and change the name of the entry, am I allowed to sell it to someone else who maybe interested in doing it?

Hi all. I will be there tomorrow hoping to kick-start my training for Snowdonia. I aim to do 10-12 miles so I think I'll run with you Paul Chapman if thats ok. 8:30 to 9 m/mile will be fine as I haven't done any running since before my holidays 2 weeks ago (barring a 5-mile run on Friday evening). See you all at 9:30.

Yes,thanks for thoroughly enjoyable run this morning, Carol,Matt and Mick and still impressed that we did the 16m without going up a steep hill. Thanks for dragging us along towards the end,Carol! Shoes are now having a well earned evening off after a tough old weekend! Thanks again for the enjoyable company. Glad the rest of the group had a good run too.
