I'm only posting this because there may be an expectation of a long run from Café Castan as usual at 9.30AM.
And indeed - there still may be, which is why we encourage members to post their Sunday morning intentions.
There is, of course, lots going on this weekend.
There's the Severn Bridge Half Marathon - where Dave Coles amongst others will be competing.
And there's also Day 2 of the CPR - with the Half Marathon starting at 9.00AM. Being a social runner, I will be running the half marathon with the CPR, trying to provide a little moral support, whilst being towed round myself.
So whatever you decide, enjoy it, and if possible, post on here.

Thanks Mick - yes, lots doing a Half tomorrow and great to see so many of the normal Sunday group putting their long distance training runs in to good effect. Have great runs tomorrow everyone!
