I'm looking for help with marshalling etc next weekend for the CPR 2 Day Challenge, the race is made up of 5 races over Saturday and Sunday:
Saturday 29th August
09:00 Cardiff parkun
12:30 10k - 2 laps of the 5K TT course (star and finish by stables)
16:30 Cross Country in Llandaff Fields
Sunday 30th August
09:00 Half Marathon - starts and finishes by Pontcanna Changing rooms - runs up Taff Trail to Tongwynlais and back - I need plenty of marshals on bikes for this one.
13:00 1 mile Time Trail - Blackweir Changing rooms/Ambulance Depot

I will run the half marathon. Anne is offering to help marshall the half marathon (without a bike) if that's ok? Is 8.30am best time to get there? Cheers

I would like to run parkrun but I can help, with the kids, for the 10k and the cross country. For the half I can help but what is the route as I will have the kids so would struggle to get them up and out to get to the start, and I can help with the mile wherever that is. Phil, As I am running Paul will be around and can help Marshall probably most of the events, especially the ones you need most help with. But he won't have a bike on Sunday.

Thanks to everyone who supported this years CPR event and made it the biggest to date. I'd like to thank all those who turned out and marshalled/officiated over the course of the weekend. Well done, Phil - absolutely brilliant event - wonderful camaraderie between the competitors.
Greatly enjoyed my "fly on the wall" stint on the half marathon - the marshalling was brilliant.
The commitment within the club in events (and many others) such as these never ceases to amaze.
