Some impressive runs against strong competition and what the Welsh may have lacked on the podium, they made up for in enthusiasm and team effort. A good few Croups involved. Bernie quite rightly highlighted Huw Evans' and Steve Paterson's runs. Well done everyone involved. Lovely to see so many familiar faces (including Derek Williams who made a very welcome appearance).

Yes a great effort by everyone in real cross-country conditions-waterlogged and extremely muddy with rain and wind! An enjoyable weekend away with true team spirit. Well done everyone!

This event is in Glasgow next year, Derry in 2017 and Swansea 2018. Well done to all who ran, great team spirit.

Phil, I managed to get there in the end as injury seemed to ease 3 days before. My fitness was affected by not having run the previous 11 days but I gave it everything on the day.A great weekend.
