I'm just putting in a plug for this great little race. It's beginner friendly, not too hard and ( uniquely for a feel race) has showers! Arrive a bit early and go up to the top for a leisurely look at the view, or stay late and go for a jog along the Wye path.
I will be wheezing and hobbling my way at the back.
