Hi Croups.
Well done to all that ran today in slightly muddy conditions lol.
Thanks to all who made their way back up through the mud to support us in the last race, much appreciated.
Massive thanks to John and the tent gang, where would we be without them!. And of course all the marshalls and time keepers etc.

Viva Les Croups....

I think that was the hardest course I've ever run on! Agree with Steve, many thanks to the supporters, it makes such a difference.

I'd like to thank everyone who ran at Parc Bryn Bach today, the conditions were certainly challenging.

To those who didn't have a good day at the office I'm grateful for you digging in and grinding it out, one or two did like the conditions - the mud dogs :-D

Some weren't able to finish today - you'll live to fight another day, there will be nicer courses out there.

A big thank you to John, Jeff, Derek and even Flash for being there on the organisational side and being out in that weather.

Thanks again to you all.

Phil

Tasty course, delicious cake.

Thanks for the immense support and to Phil, Claire and all the stalwarts who made it all possible.

I think Julie Scholey wants to run it again tomorrow.

If you were one of those ones who had to retire please don't be disheartened. Most runners have at least one dnf to their name including Olympic athletes! It was tough and everyone struggled. There two months to ponty and hopeful conditions will be better!
Well done for giving it a go and please come to the next one.
