This weeks session:
Tuesday 9th July
5 x 45 sec + 1 min + 2 min + 3 min + 2 min + 1 min with 1 min recovery between each .
Meet at the parkrun start/finish area ready for a 6.30pm start.
The suggestion is to do the session while making your way around the parkrun route, so run the effort, then jog the recovery, run the next effort, jog the recovery, etc, and repeat until finished.
