You can still run the Gwent League on Saturday even if you have not yet given me your name but you will not be entered into the Welsh Champs if this is the case. Just make sure you report to either myself (men) or Claire (Women) no less than 1 hour before your race starts. Can all runners please be at the fixture 1 hour before your race to allow Claire and me to get all team declarations submitted in time and to stop me having a heart attack on the day! Once the names are declared it will be too late for you to enter. Times of races as follows: Senior Women and Masters, over 65 Men: 13:40. 6400m (2 big laps) Senior Men and Masters: 14:50 9600m (3 big laps) It would be great if as many senior men and masters as possible could be there in time to cheer the ladies around the course as they regularly stay to cheer us on! We are one club after all. May I remind all club members of the true importance of the XC season. That is obviously cake! All cakes baked and bought will be very gladly consumed by your fellow runners!

Just to confirm that the ladies need to check in with Kay Chapman on Saturday as Claire will be away. Can all ladies please check in by 12:40 (one hour before). Our daughter's race is at 12:45 and so Kay and I will be watching her run.
