Inter Regional XC championship

The top 10 finishers in all age categories from the Regional Champs held at the Cardiff Cross Challenge are automatic picks for the Inter Regional XC Champs to represent South Wales on November 16th in Brecon.

Can the following people let Jamie Clode know if you are available on Saturday Nov 16th via the following email: south@welshathletics.org

This availability will then be passed on to the appropriate Team manager.

Please note that before you make any decision, the British and Irish Masters Cross Country International will be held in Southport, Lancashire on that same day, Saturday 16 November. It may well be that some of our members will be selected for both events.
