Just a reminder from Rod Davies to athletes over the age of 35 that membership of the Welsh Masters 2020 is now available.
"...entries to our Indoor Field Events Championships at Swansea close in ten days' time (08/02/20). These will include High Jump, Pole Vault, Long Jump, Triple Jump and Shot Putt. Please join us for some Masters-only competitive fun in a warm, dry hall, with medal ceremonies following each event.
Teas and coffees will be available courtesy of Swansea Harriers. Sandwiches may be booked in advance through our Secretary, at

If you have not yet renewed your membership for 2020, you will need to do this first: please allow time for your membership to be confirmed before attempting to enter. Renewal is also done by logging in to the BMAF site: click the blue button marked View/Renew, then Renew Now. It's still £20.
Planning for outdoors is well under way, but let's have some indoor games first!
