Hello
I haven't run with Club for several weeks due to injury. Was plannng on attending tomorrow eve. Is it just a straight
forward run or split times, the training session list states N/A so assume it is just a run due to weekend race?

Yes it is just a normal run tonight, with the Gwent Lge on Saturday there isn't a session combined.
