Spring marathons are just around the corner so I was just wondering
what races everyone is targeting and also what everyone is hoping to run.

So I'll start the ball rolling........

Phillip George . London Marathon. hopefully 2:55.

Milan Marathon on April 6th for me. Still happy just to be able to run 26 miles, but keen to better current p.b. of 4:02. My performance will be entirely dependent upon the weather conditions.

Oooh I remember coming on here this time last year and trying to predict my London marathon time (I was very naive and went for sub 3:35) - but never realising how warm London can get in April (after training through the coldest winter on record)!

My pb is 3:33 (achieved in Dublin last October) so I hope to achieve sub 3:30 but this will depend on the weather and, of course, how I feel on the day.
If the weather is nice (i.e. cool with a nice light breeze (wouldn't mind a drop of rain) - I'll go with 3:29:40); if the weather is awful (like last year) - 3:36:20!

the little one are doing Rotterdam, which is the same weekend as London.
I'm (Alan) going for 3:45 to see what a reconditioned heart can do.
Loretta is going to stay with me.(If she can't keep up I'm not waiting)
