Hi Everyone, I just wanted to let you know that there is a free shoe demo for Salomon shoes going on the 10th May in Bute Park. You can check out all the details right here: http://citytrail.salomon...en/community-run/CARDIFF Info from the website is as follows: Come and join us to experience a CITYTRAIL in Cardiff together with Suunto, Superfeet, 9Bar and Run247! Come and test the Salomon X-Scream, Sense Mantra 2 and the Fellraiser along with GPS watches from Suunto and insoles from Superfeet! There will be a 5km and a 2km marked route which will include as many hidden spots, great views, and points of interest as possible taking you across varied terrain, stairs, ascents, and descents to inject an element of fun into your run! Runners of all levels are welcome! There will also be give-aways available to those who register, including Salomon trail running socks, a Superfeet freebie, and delicious 9bar energy bars whilst stocks last. REGISTER NOW! They seem to be running 5 different sessions from 8 am to 12 pm - maybe people would like to pop along after Park Run?
