This event takes place on Wednesday 28th May, once again it is a Mob Match when as a Club we take on the combined team of Bridgend and Brackla. The scoring of this event requires that we get as many people as possible out running, in fact the back markers are more important than the front end, we really do need EVERY MEMBER there and running.

It also includes the second fixture in the South Wales Running League, again we need people out for this, we are currently leading the Men's and Ladies sections after the first event ~ Porthkerry 5

They are trying out a new barcode scanning system on the night so pre-entry will be
appreciated. The barcode will be on the race number.

The event starts at 7.30pm, registration is at the Bridgend Club House/Track ~ the venue for the Newbridge Fields, Bridgend Gwent League. Please note that the start of the event is about 1 mile from Registration so you will need to allow enough time to get to the start.

The Presentation afterwards will take place at the Tennis Club.

I'm in - do we have to place ourselves in the bagging area after having our bar code scanned? many of us may come up as 'unrecognised item in bagging area!' Flapper

Work escape committee permitting, I'll be there. But I best get that barcode

Finish without one and it'll be the dreaded 'Look-up item'

Our fellas won the team prize - the top four, Oli, Ed, Tom and Rob. Our ladies team won too - top three, Carys, Susan and Katie.
Carys 2nd lady, Katie F35, Susan F45, Oli 3rd overall.
