Hope that your recovery is quick. Thanks to the volunteers tonight - Alan Mann, Marcus Meyrick, Aine Kenny, James Bruce and .. of course Phil Cook. A different course but as competitive as ever. I trust the youngsters (including Howard) enjoyed their run in the park.

(just kidding i know the dont !). at 200 meters - its bit short of me.. I'll see if a few others at my level.. or at least a few that wont lap me 3-4 times run.. then i'll look again..

Don't think I could do it again mind, it was one of those once in a lifetime achievements. Honest. ;-)
