Ladies and gents, I have decided that I am not going to run this as I am still a little stiff from the weekend and I also have something I need to do on the day that would make timing tight. I'm intrested, but i would need a lift please. Went for a run this moring and didn't feel too bad and was thinking about this so I think I'll go for it.

Hi Tracey, it is your sif you want it. Would you like me ot arrange the transfer or do you want to sort a lift first? I will check later and let me know. If you want it I would need all the ususal deatails for them to accept the transfer.. name, age, email address etc. Send them to me on my email address. Thanks James - strangely they seem to have taken about 6 minutes off my time. I was very happy with a 56+ minute something; according to this, I'm 52mins+!!! Then again, they had no chip for me at the start, so it was all a little confused!
