Just to let you know what training sessions will be taking place over the Christmas and New Year period :
Thursday Night Club Run ~ the next one of these will be 8th January 2015
Monday Night Hill Sessions ~ these will take place as normal : 22nd December 2014 ; 29th December 2014 ; 5th January 2015
Sunday Morning Long Runs ~ these become an official session on 4th January 2015
