I know that Phil has just posted about the Tuesday track session now being official. However, owing to personal circumstances I can't make hills on a Monday or track on a Tuesday at the set times so was wondering if anyone is available during the day (I finish work at 2pm) to do some runs together. I am going to do a session of shorter reps and hills tomorrow around Roath park if anyone wants to join me.
