Reminder of long runs from Cafe Castan 10 and 11 January 09.30 a.m.

Just a reminder that there is an additional long run from Cafe Castan on Saturday morning at 9.30a.m., where Mick (and others?) will be starting, passing the stairs/underpass near the start of Parkrun at around 9.40 to pick up any Parkrunners loitering with intent. I believe this will be the usual 10m to 16m distances for all (plus 3m for those joining after Parkrun?).
There is also the normal Sunday run, but likely to be reduced numbers due to a course some regulars are going on. Feel free to post here for either run, if anyone has not already done so.
Look forward to seeing good turnouts for both!

Huge turnout today, despite many absentees on the course - great to see. Well done everyone. Think the cafe will need an extension soon!
