Reminder of the usual group training run from Cafe Castan on Cathedral Road on Sunday - 10m, 12m or 16m options. All welcome and hope we have as many as last week! Good luck to the XC Challenge entrants - hopefully we can come and support you after!

Sorry won't be with you all this week. Enjoy your run - looks like it could be nice weather for a long run. I will be having a paddle round the Cross Challenge and will be back with you next week.
