Many thanks to all volunteers for standing in that numbing wind this morning, brass monkeys in retention of their gonads were obvious in the absence today!

Thanks to Jeff for all the organisation and well done to all runners who perservered in pretty tough conditions, I know my own legs starting to wilt at times running into that wind!

Aww talk about out of the frying pan and into the fire, I finally get shot of Andy Blair into the over 50's only to get Jerome become a wrinkly (>40)!
