Here are the dates for the SAFFA and Rose Inn series:
Rose Inn 12 May,9 June, 14 July, 1 September
SAFFA 20 May, 24 June, 22 July ( may be school hoils)
No I'm not being paid by Graham Finely or anyone else. Remember you only need to run one to be counted towards the champs so you don't have to run them all if you don't want to. Bear in mind that these dates could but possibly unlikely, change. Also that the last Rose Inn come straight after August bank hoilday which is quite busy this year, Croups Pentath, Seven Bright Half and the Machen Mountain 10k.

The last date of the Rose Inn series is Tuesday 11 August.
Rose Inn traditionally hold their dates on the second Tuesday of the month.
September 1 will be for the relays.
