New race put on my Castle Relays supporters Southville Runners. Who my younger, and slower brother, runs for. Its their first race and one for the off-road aficionado. Might try it myself This off road 10k ish route takes you along the Avon Gorge, up Nightingale Valley and through the spooky woods. Watch out for ghouls (and a fantastic view of the Clifton Suspension Bridge) on the way.

Totally agree is was a great race, I thoroughly enjoyed it, but then I do like a bit of mud! Great to see so many people in fancy dress to add to the atmosphere.
