All are welcome to join us for the normal 10m, 12m or 16m group runs, followed by refreshments, on Sunday morning at Cafe Castan at 9.30 a.m. on Cathedral Road. If those interested can post here, would be appreciated. Look forward to seeing the usual troops as well as new faces!

I will be there - only going to do the 10. It'll be my first official 'long run' in my training schedule. I need to ease myself back into it. BigGrin I'll be around the 8-8.5 min/mile pace. See you all then.

I will be up for the 16 on Sunday. I might be a touch delicate after another sub 18 Park Run attempt. Sooooo close last time! For me 5km is by far the toughest distance. I have a way to go yet!

I love these long runs on a Sunday and they will prove crucial in the run up to the Marathons coming up next year!

You cant start too early if you have a Marathon coming up and a good long run is always invaluable anyway!

Will be up for 16 - whatever the weather.
It may be the shortest day of the year - but this is a great chance to spend most of it with the greatest club on the planet - Coq Noir in the morning and drinking in Porters in the evening!
Go on - you know you want to - Christmas shopping can wait!

I'm planning on being there on Sunday for the first time. I'm hoping to do the 12 mile route at around 8.5 min pace. I'm also looking forward to the get together in the evening.
