Just to say that many of the over 35s from the normal group will be running Old Father Time on Sunday, so there will be a reduced turnout from the regulars, but feel free to post here if you still intend to do the normal run to Castell Coch or beyond. Have fun!

I have been ill all over Christmas and tomorrow will be my first run since last Saturday. I'm not sure how I will be so am going to run on my own for an hour tops.

I wont be able to run next week either as I will be working. I will start training twice a day in the next couple of days as soon as I am able as I really need to start building miles!

I still have your top Dave and will get it to you as soon as I can.

Careful training twice a day, Lyndon. Whilst it is potentially beneficial, it can leave you extremely tired and recovery, diet and sleep become huge factors. Any change in training should be gradual for maximum benefit.
