Sorry it's short notice, but as tomorrow is the last day of the year, and it should be considerably milder, Dave Coles and I will be meeting at Llandaff RC at 9.30AM for a final "summer run" 10 miles i.e. to Castle Coch and back at conversation pace (i.e. 8 min/ml). I would certainly have considered coming along, however, l have to work. Nonetheless, l hope there is indeed a good turnout for what will be the last opportunity for a group run before the new year. Enjoy!
