No excuses - see you there!

I'll be there and plan on doing 20 miles (~8.5 min/mile pace). Is there a 20 mile route? Or maybe I'll just do 4 extra miles before/after.

Will be there Mick - hoping to do the 20m too. I see the route is on the Training page. Cannot clearly picture it at the moment for the 20m route but sure it will be clear when doing it!

I'm aware of other runners wanting to do their own long runs, and who are looking for company. Please DO NOT get put off by the fact that a group of experienced runners look as if they are all running 20 miles. This forum is for everyone. Please log your intentions and hopefully someone will get in touch and run with you. Long training runs are tough enough without having to do them on your own.

Hi Shaun - only one way to find out! Just turn up at the Café anyway. The 20 miles goes via Castell Coch anyway, from where we continue on the trail up into the woods. At least that way you'll have some company for at least half the run.

Great to see so many turning up. I'd forgotten how hard 20 miles was, particularly via le coq noir. Hope you all enjoyed it.

Brilliant turnout again this morning and well done to everyone, especially the 20 milers on the new route - special well done to Martin Williams for doing 21m yesterday and 20m today!

Yes, great turnout. That felt tough today, but the company helped!
