A brilliant turn out last weekend, so hope for more of the same this Sunday.
A couple of points to note:
Weather forecast is for wet weather so bring flippers and snorkel!
Car parking is now at a premium - for the very good reason of Junior Parkrun.
So suggest arriving a few minutes earlier, just in case.
I would encourage as many people as possible to post their intentions, so newcomers feel encouraged by the diversity of the group. I anticipate doing 16 at 8 min / mil.

I'll be there, I plan to do 23 miles, I will probably run a few miles before and then do the 20 mile route again ~ I'm going to make a slight adjustment to the 20 route. The adjustment will be when we come out of Gwaelod-y-Garth and turn left, there is then a footbridge which goes over the River Taff into Taffs Well, once across the bridge turn right and head up to the traffic lights, then pick up the 16 mile route home. This will avoid the stretch down to Morganstown and Pughs Garden Centre, around the playing fields, across the level crossing, over Iron Bridge. Edited by user 19 February 2015 23:40:13(UTC)
