The normal runs from 10m to 20m are planned tomorrow - would be appreciated if those intending to be there post their anticipated distance and approximate pace for others to team up with. Will be doing San Dom 20 myself. Many thanks!

Good luck on the 20 Dave!

I'm going to drag myself out by the scruff of the neck to run the 16 today!

Probably around 8 minute mile pace if anyone would care to join me.Unsure

A lovely run today which I really enjoyed!

I had a nice chat with Angela who is a remarkable runner! She beat me by 24 seconds in the Cardiff Half last year!

I finished the 16 mile route a few seconds ahead of her at a reasonable pace. After I shook her hand she said she hadn't finished and just kept going! Blink

Glad you had a good workout with Angela - yes, amazing runner! Angharad was also amazing at San Dom 20, being first lady to finish. Loads of other great performances today, including those on long training runs at this critical weekend for the Spring marathons. Kate Russell's first 20 miler successfully negotiated, and Julie Broughton - great efforts.

Small group today, really struggling at beginning, got 2nd wind at top and went around by Nant Garw, Upper Boat, Gwaelod. Found pedestrian bridge by Glennis farm shut (no warning signs) so had to back track onto road and come back Radyr bridge. Not sure how long it will be shut however people may wish to avoid on long runs.
