Just to confirm the 10m to 20m options are happening tomorrow as usual, although there are races tomorrow which may affect the numbers. Please post here if you intend to take part, with planned distance.

Thought I should post that I will be in Ponty tomorrow for the road relays, as will many others, but will be back to run my final 20 pre-London next Sunday.

I'm up for a long one (20m) tomorrow at c8:30+ mpm pace and would like to know if anyone else would be there who would be interested. That's assuming that I've recovered from an emotional afternoon and the bottle of bubbly I've cracked open to celebrate! :)

Update on yesterday morning's run. As with last Sunday, a relatively select group (including DaveC who was doing w/u for afternoon relays). Group split at Mountain Lakes with Aine heading back on 16m route and Libby, Maria and Andrew heading on up road. I followed on with Paul Morris who took me to top of Caerphilly mountain. This was not my original plan however as I’d only ever walked up there, not 'run', I decided to go for it. Evidence attachedBigGrin

Well done Gerry, one of the many advantages of this group run is going further than we planned with good company. Can't wait to be back living in Cardiff to make this run regularly again & now my winter lurgy finally seems to have gone i will have to get Black Cock fit, albeit too late for London this April.
Roll on the summer cool runs on the shaded path up that never ending hill.........

Thanks for the run on Sunday guys, even though for a short while ( we ran with Dave who was doing a shorter run) one day the Cokers will be brave and venture further on up the road !! But as Angela says, the great advantage of the Sunday runs is that you always go further than planned (we ran 11 in the end) in great company BigGrin
