The most important thing to say about this weekend is DON'T FORGET THE CLOCKS GO FORWARD!!
I'll be back at Café Castan for my last 20 miler pre-London at 9.30AM and looking for company.
It could be another wet and windy run (very character-building)

See you in the morning. I plan on running 22 miles at about 8.5 min/mile. Hope it won't be too slow!

I plan on running 16 miles and then sucker punching myself with a couple more on the end. 8 minute mile pace.

Thanks to everyone who turned up. It was every bit as windy as expected, but thankfully not too much rain, so at least I didn't get cold. Thanks especially to Aine and Andrew for doing 20 (or 22 for Aine).
Hope things went OK for everyone racing today - at Forest of Dean, Berlin or whatever.
