The normal long run options from Cafe Castan, Cathedral Road are on tomorrow. Well in to marathon month now, so good luck to those running them this weekend (Brighton, Rotterdam that I know of), and possibly reduced length run for Manchester entries (10 miler?) and maybe 16 miles for London entries, now 2 weeks away. Everyone else welcome, not just marathon runners!

I have a head cold plus my Marathon is next weekend so
Im still pondering running. If I do which I most likely will it will have to be an easy ten.
