Aine yes, well marshalled, great crowd to cheer you on ( if you like that sort of thing )weather was OK wise ( bit of head wind at times ) wide open coastal road to run along. Lots of water stations with food and some gels available. People were very friendly as was the other runners. Point to point race, being able to see the abbey from the start was a bit discerning as it never seemed to get any bigger until about 2k from the finish. Would I do it again? maybe.
