I'm unable to run the race which takes place this Sunday due to chest infection :0(
Happy to transfer place if anyone wants it. I will also post on Facebook.

The results are out. Well done to everyone that ran http://www.thornburyrunn...lub.co.uk/?page_id=15245just showing James the Bruce ahead of Richard the lion heart.. (have to enjoy it while it lasts..).. Must say Also Alun Davies was kind to wear trail shoes to give me a chance..might be a while before i finish ahead of him again.. alun - dont forget racing flats cross country, and spikes handicap 10..
