Check out results of this on Power 10! 14 British guys under 30.00 with winner doing 29.22 - some finish, to 5 within 5 secs. Did this when at Uni in leeds 15 years ago and broke 35 for first time, v.fast course! Explains why a few of the fastest v35's weren't in cardiff yesterday!

Having looked at results further, starting to think short course? a lot of PB's - nearly 200 runners sub 34!

You might be right Rob. Run Britain gives it a 0.3 sss which is their measure of difficulty on the day so if it was short they do not know! !

Rob - I can't imagine a race as well established as L.A.D. failing to ensure the accuracy of their course. Well Done to the 2 Welsh Lads who set new Pb's and dipped under 30mins.

Evatt, i'm sure you're right, course must be accurate, which makes all the PB's even more impressive. Haven't been back to Leeds for years, might be tempted next year....
