When I was running with the C25K group on Monday evening, a runner came up to me in Pontcanna Fields to ask which club we were from. She was keen to go back and look us up. It would be nice to have a club T-shirt to wear for these sessions and at parkrun - a great advert. I know the summer will be busy now, but perhaps we could consider something in the autumn?
Thanks.

We've had this in the past Eve, but the shirt is no longer available - it was black with red / white piping contrast. Phil and I have started looking at possible alternatives.

What about Red and Green? I have a club t shirt in these colours. People actually find it confusing that we have red and black and green and red, sometimes people don't realise it's the same club. Have you stopped doing hoodies? I've been asked a few times about the hoodie. When I first joined the club everyone worn green or red shorts but this has seem to have slip, I think it would be nice if we get some again epsecially for events like gwent leages.

Can't find a supplier that will do red and green, not unless we order thousands of them from China.
I asked the company that has supplied the new red and green cycling shirts if they could supply us with a running shirt but he found the same.

I have a very reasonable supplier that supplies the WMAA technical vests and t/shirts. Probably retailing at £8.00 depending on writing etc. Why not have Red with Green Writing or Green with Red Writing. or even order a small amount of both colours and see which is more preferable to the members, for re orders.

Yes, this is what we are currently considering. Red with green lettering. However it's not as distinctive as the club's new cycling shirt (which is excellent). I really had hoped we could have running attire made to the same design.

The other thing I think is worth mentioning is that both Phil and I are really busy with other stuff - not only our day jobs but other commitments for the club. We could do with some help with club kit.

Please James no. Think of the chapped nipples! 70's and 80's fashion wasn't that good
