On the previous forum we had a rule that you had to put down who you were.

With the new forum there are many nick names being used. It is great to have banter but i'd really like to know who some of the posters are.. because many of you are offering great advice..

should there be a request to put a name behind the nick name.

For those of us still quite new to the club, it is also nice to see a photo, next to the posts - to help us piece together who is who.

The intention is that people should be identifiable via clicking on their profile. Unfortunately this wasn't working properly the last time I edited it, it forgot the information that I added. However, it still allows you to display both real user name, display name (nickname), & photo. Ed knows about it. Click the following link for the discussion:

I suggest for the time being, that if using a nickname, then put real name in brackets afterwards.
