Following some of the posts with regards to coming along to track sessions I've put together a Track Etiquette for people to have a look at.

Very good, Phil. I also tend to tell other track users/coaches which lane I intend to run in and what I'm doing, whilst noting what they're doing. More communication = a safer environment, because people are running really fast.

Unfortunately the file will not open. I have tried various methods from pdf to word but still having problems

I can open the file without a problem, it's just a PDF attachment. Check you have Adobe Acrobat reader installed and updated, perhaps that will help?
