I’ve messaged WA about the track once I hear anything else I post.

I’ve spent the last couple of nights looking at possible venues for Tuesday nights following the near misses on Tuesday. I’ve looked at different roads, car parks etc, the only two that seem to have enough distance and hopefully lighting are the Civic Centre or Roath Park! When they built industrial parks etc they didn’t consider runners, also later night shopping hours don’t help. Let me know what you think

Tuesday night’s session

I’ve found a possible location that could be used until the track is available – Sanatorium Road is quiet and well lit and is mainly industrial. It would mean meeting outside Aspire Gym/ACE Feet in Motion and then doing the session along the road.

There were a few replies to my last post on Facebook about using the Cardiff Met Uni track up at the Cyncoed campus, so I need to work out who intends going where, personally I will struggle to get to Cyncoed from work in time.

Sounds like a viable option. Haven't run along that stretch of road but let's see.
Any thought's about tomorrow night, Phil?
