Even though the 2018 Club Championships are not yet complete Club Championship Results 2018 , the experienced competitors are already planning their campaign for 2019.

Officially, on the 1st January 2019, the first events will be:
• Best parkrun/track 1500m/1 mile and
• Best Half/ Full Marathon/ 20 miles

What will your strategy be?

Keeping your calendar up to date?

Give it a go in 2019.

Forthcoming Events:

Off Road
13th January, Riverbank Rollick

Long Course
(Best half/Full Marathon/20 miles)
20th January, Pontcanna, Club Handicap 10

Short Course
(Best parkrun/track 1500m/1 mile)

Cross Country
9th February, Gwent League, Pontypool Park
