Hi there - is anyone planning to run tomorrow morning at around 9 minute mile pace? I'm wondering whether to try to include the club Sunday morning run as part of my long slow run tomorrow. Cheers!

I'll be running - but a bit quicker than that. We might be a bit thinner on the ground than usual due to the rugby.
Good luck to everyone, particularly our contingent in Amsterdam and Abingdon, but good luck to everyone wherever you may be racing.
