Here are the results of week 3 of the LC Physical Distancing Short Course Virtual Challenge: The tabs along the bottom contain the individual weeks results and the final tab marked "Overall" gives the cumulative results. ResultsThere are a few results to yet be submitted but there are battles throught the leaderboard. With just the 4 mile results left there is plenty of time available to make up! Be prepared for another set of challenges starting next week of perhaps the sharper variety! Cheers Marcus.

My 4 mile time, again around Heathwood Ave / Heath Park 30:55.

OK - my 4 mile time, which I doubt I'll beat this week, done today on the parkrun course plus about 1/2 before and after, was 27:41. Really pleased with that time - about 30 seconds quicker than I managed the same distance at Rose Inn last summer. It's a shame I can't race at the moment as I think I'd be posting some PBs - oh well.... Thanks again for organising this series Marcus - it's really helped me to focus a bit over the past month. Looking forward to seeing what you have in store for us next.  [I'll ask Karen to post evidence on the Facebook page for me later.] Cheers, Chad

HLC Physical Distancing Champ Overall Results Well done to all our runners who got out to do any or all of the 1, 2, 3 or 4 mile races. If you have a 1 hour or 1.5 hour time for any of the distances it means either I lost your result or you didn't submit one to me. Let me know if there are any issues. Well done to David Williams, Alex James and Owain Ynyr and Helen Oliver, Shellie Brace and Becky Cox for their 1-2-3 finishes in the mens and ladies times. There were really quick times throughout the field with many people running really quick relative to their normal pace. Great job considering this was all a time trial done alone!
